One of the most rewarding parts of our profession is seeing a vision become a place people genuinely enjoy.

For this private club, the goal of the renovation was to create more than just a clubhouse, we wanted to design a welcoming destination that celebrates the golf course and brings members together while addressing the varied needs to the members and staff. The elevated terrace, covered outdoor seating, and expansive views allow the architecture to engage with the landscape while providing spaces for relaxation, dining, and social events.

Seeing members enjoy these spaces exactly as intended is what makes projects like this so meaningful. Proud to have been part of the team that brought this project to life.

Congratulations to Carson Development on today's grand opening of The Reese Apartments. This new development brings 48 affordable housing units to Felton, DE.
