Another productive week for Tidal Ridge Contracting! 🌊🔨

We’re getting closer to wrapping up our Airbnb renovation! The mini-split is officially installed, the finishing touches are coming together, and our final cleaning is scheduled for today. It’s been a great transformation from start to finish!

Meanwhile, our commercial tile project continues moving full steam ahead!

✅ Four floors of kitchen backsplashes completed today

✅ Finishing grout work in Section C

✅ Waterproofing underway in Section A, consisting of 11 showers and 12 tub surrounds per floor

On top of that, we hit another major milestone this week with the official launch of our new website!

And we’re keeping the momentum going! This weekend, we’ll be sending out estimates for a master bathroom renovation, a full condo remodel, and another garage conversion.

From large-scale commercial projects to residential renovations and investment property transformations, we’re continuing to grow, build relationships, and expand what Tidal Ridge Contracting can offer.

Extremely blessed and grateful for the opportunities, our hardworking crews, and everyone who continues to support our growing business.

We’re just getting started!

🚨 Our new website is officially LIVE!

A lot has changed for Tidal Ridge Contracting over the past year, and I’m excited to finally have a website that represents the work we’re doing and where this company is headed.

From whole-home renovations, bathrooms, tile and garage conversions to commercial work, concrete, hardscapes, outdoor living and property improvements, our goal is simple: provide quality work, clear communication, and a contractor you can actually count on from start to finish.

The site also features some of our recent projects, before-and-after transformations, the areas we serve, and an easier way to reach out for an estimate.

If you’re a homeowner, real estate investor, property manager, or commercial contractor looking for a dependable team in the Wilmington / Cape Fear area, we’d love the opportunity to work with you.

Take a look and let me know what you think 👇

🚧 AIRBNB PROJECT UPDATE | THE FINAL STRETCH! 🏡

It’s crunch time for Tidal Ridge Contracting as we enter the final stages of our Airbnb transformation!

With framing and insulation inspections passed, drywall going up, and our custom exterior mural coming to life, we’re closing in on the finish line.

Our final tasks include:
🔨 Completing the garage conversion
🎨 Finishing the exterior mural
❄️ Installing the new mini-split system
🧹 Final cleaning and finishing touches
🔐 Completing our final punch list, with an emphasis on safety and security

After a 9-week turnaround, we’re excited to see this property come together and get it ready to welcome guests!

And we’re not slowing down! We’re already looking forward to our next Airbnb transformation in Hampstead, NC.

From residential renovations and Airbnb transformations to large-scale commercial projects, Tidal Ridge Contracting is continuing to grow, one project at a time.

🔨 Another Productive Week at Tidal Ridge Contracting!

We’re making major progress on both our residential and commercial projects!

🏡 Airbnb Renovation — 9-Week Turnaround

Our Airbnb transformation is entering its final stages! Wallpaper installation is complete, and we’ve successfully passed both framing and insulation inspections for the garage conversion.

This weekend, we’ll be installing drywall and bringing the exterior mural to life.

Next week, our mini-split installation, final punch-list items, and a thorough cleaning will bring this project across the finish line!

🏗️ Commercial Multifamily Project

Another productive week on our apartment complex project! We’re wrapping up punch-list items on 3 of the 5 sections, along with completing 38 kitchen backsplashes this week.

We’re proud of the progress our crews continue to make across multiple projects while maintaining our commitment to quality workmanship and staying on schedule.

Nine weeks. Multiple projects. One hardworking team.

We’re grateful for the opportunities we’ve been given, the trust our clients place in us, and the crews who help make it all happen.

This is just the beginning for Tidal Ridge Contracting. We’re looking forward to finishing the year strong and continuing to grow!

A little bit of everything moving right now — from the ground up to the finishing touches.

🏠 New Construction: Slab poured for a new single-family home and ready for the next phase.

🏢 Commercial Tile: Our niche toppers finally came in, allowing us to keep pushing production on our large-scale commercial project. We’ve been knocking out bathroom and shower surrounds consistently and keeping the project moving on schedule.

🚿 Finished Tile Work: Another shower wrapped up, complete with the finished look and semi-frameless glass enclosure. Clean lines, clean layout, and a finished product we’re proud to put our name on.

🏝️ Airbnb Renovation: Concrete equipment pad poured and the new Pentair pool heater/chiller is installed and operational — another major item checked off the list on this turnkey renovation.

From single-family construction and commercial projects to full Airbnb renovations, Tidal Ridge Contracting is continuing to expand what we can handle while keeping quality and production at the forefront.

Big progress on this Airbnb renovation this week. We’re getting into the final stretch and knocking out several of the major finish and electrical items.

Second coat of paint is going on the walls, the sagging and worn gate has been rebuilt, and the hot tub has officially been delivered and set into place. Electrical work is also coming together with disconnects set for the hot tub and mini split, along with finishing the hot tub wiring.

We also upgraded the electrical service to a new meter/panel combo and ran a new 100-amp feed to the Pentair pool panel to support the pool heater.

This is what a true turnkey renovation looks like — coordinating paint, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment, landscaping, and all the smaller details that bring the entire property together.
