The Outlook house build is moving along on the exterior. With the Sierra Pacific windows installed we were able to get all the board and batten LP Smart Siding installed followed by 4x8 accent beams to cover a nice color contrast.

Timbertech decking was layed down with hidden fasteners and the Provia Stone work is moving along well.

With the exterior just about wrapped up we will move inside to start buttoning up the interior work.

Lots of work has been completed in the last 2 weeks on this ICF build. With the basement walls being successfully filled with 8” of concrete we were able to move onto waterproofing the outside with prime free protecto wrap. Followed by a 4” French drain around the footing perimeter to keep this basement dry.

2” of foam board underneath the slab with hydronic heating will keep this building at a comfortable temperature year round.

Open web floor joists were completed for the first floor framing with 3/4” Advantech for the subfloor.

We will now be able to stack the remaining ICF block to complete the first floor exterior walls.

A new house build is well underway in the Outlook Subdivision.

This build will be a full ICF with a walkout basement.

Don’t let the name fool you, with our own line of heavy equipment, we do everything from land clearing to the finishing touches on the inside. We are happy to quote any work needed even if it’s not the full build. We are certified ICF installers and we enjoy what we do.
