Compensation:
• Base commission-per-sale plus end of year bonuses. Reps are highly encouraged to sell 250 or more accounts. This sales level earns up to $50,000 in the first year and guaranteed a managerial opportunity in year two with a pay range between $75,000 to $100,000+ based on performance
• Reps who underperform and sell under 250 can expect to make roughly $125 per sale. The low to average sales rep sells 12-15 accounts per week. Experienced sales reps who have had multiple years in sales can expect to sell 20-30 accounts per week at a $500 average contract earning above 30% commission to 50% commission
• Pay is biweekly through the WORKDAY app where employees opt-in for direct deposit (replacing standard ADP processing that most companies use)
The Solar Opportunity with Aptive Power
• After each pest control sale, we set up a referral for our customer to receive a solar consultation
• 5% of pest control customers end up getting solar installed
• Our average rep earns an addition $1,000 to $1,500 in solar commissions per deal
• The average rep in 2021 did 11 installs in 2021 leading to $20k+ in additional earnings
