Recent job! After popcorn removal We got started patching the walls, and painting! Due to a recent burst pipe we had to install new Rock behind the toilet. The client was so happy with the outcome of everything! I don't know about anyone else, I ALWAYS use exterior paint in the bathroom, ESPECIALLY ON CEILINGS! I don't know how many bathrooms I have done that the homeowner complains about "I can see the sheet rock tape" or even "I am so tired of black mold growing on my ceiling ". New Construction always uses the cheapest flat paint they can find. If you prime with Killz, and then apply an exterior flat paint= no issues in the future! I personally like to use " Super Paint- exterior- Flat". 7 years later and I do not see Mold or Mildew on a single bathroom ceiling I painted. I use exterior on the walls too, you really get the most out of the paint job, I don't want to re paint your room 1 year later because my finish didn't hold up.

Recent popcorn ceiling removal! This came out wonderful! Client did not plan on changing the exhaust fan cover, but I couldn't handle the yellow on my new ceiling. Removed existing and gave it a spray with some water proof exterior grade paint.

Wow I cannot believe it has been so long since I've posted! What have I been up to? 3 words; MOLDY. ASS. SHEETROCK. Ouch.
