Your AC might be working harder than it needs to. 👀

This condenser had years of dirt, debris, and buildup packed into the coils, restricting airflow and impacting system performance.

Our HVAC team gave it a thorough cleaning to remove the buildup and help the system breathe again. ❄️💨

You may still notice some discoloration on the coils after cleaning. Heavy buildup over time can leave behind staining, even after the dirt and debris have been properly removed.

A New Chapter for SunnyMac ❄️🏡

Meet Logan Mass, our HVAC Lead, as he walks us through one of SunnyMac’s first HVAC replacement projects.

This homeowner’s AC system was more than 20 years old and had reached the end of its life. The outdoor unit was severely rusted, the coils had significant damage, and the system was no longer keeping the home comfortable.

Our plan for the day included replacing the outdoor AC unit and indoor coil, rebuilding the surrounding frame, installing a brand new disconnect, and making the additional improvements needed to get the system running properly.

The goal? Make sure this homeowner has a reliable system and a comfortable home by the end of the day. 💪❄️
