As we continue to serve you better, we wanted to provide an update on our current situation. Apologies for any frustration caused by delayed responses or rescheduled appointments. The loss of two team members has presented us with challenges, but we're working tirelessly to maintain our high standards. Our business is built on the principles of quality, respect, and professionalism. We only hire experienced technicians who understand the importance of delivering exceptional service and respect for your property. We're committed to excellence, even if it means being choosy about the projects we accept. To ensure we continue to meet your expectations, we'll be prioritizing clients who value our expertise. We're currently looking for a skilled journeyman plumber who shares our vision. If you know of anyone who might be a good fit, please ask them to get in touch. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you better.

Happy Easter 🐇🐰🐣

Got a few calls about frozen pipes. Hang tight, we're playing it by ear. We'll see how things work out with this storm. Definitely, we'll be out tomorrow. Right now, we're just trying to keep the trucks clear and get the parking lot cleared up so we can try to get out on the road as soon as we can. If they're frozen, they're not likely to blow until it warms up. Stay vigilant, shut off the water to the house if you have water somewhere where it's working. Fill up containers, buckets, whatever you have, and just keep the water off. Turn it on as needed if it's still working. In other places, stay safe, stay warm.
