Here’s one of our last exterior projects of the year ! 🪵This fence was sanded back down to bare wood front & back. Then we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams tinted to “ Red wood “ It came out perfect 🤩 and is the perfect color to match the exterior brick of this home! 🏡☀️

Completed Full exterior repaint for another rental property. We power washed , then chipped away all the loose paint. Caulked all big and small cracks. Two coats all around. Lots of ladder work . As a painter I paint whatever the customer wants me to paint. This is only a short term solution. The owner will need to cover/replace the body of this home in the future , but for now its fresh and clean🤩🎨🖌️💎

This past week we got a few more rooms completed at the Donovan’s Family home. Took care of a few nails pops , failing drywall tape , and some cracking along the ceilings and walls due to the house settling.
