I’m back……
Was able to escape to New Hampshire (lake Winnepesaukee) with some friends for our annual guy fishing and flip 7 retreat…..
had time to reflect and enjoy what God gives us and think about everything I take for granted.
I start with my family because I know I am blessed.
To my wife: she has a man who loved her from day one and keeps falling in love with her every day in a different way. ☺️😘
My kids, they are my kids! Best thing to happen to me and my wife.
Brother: always feels as if he was my keeper growing up and help shape the person I am today.
Friends…. I’m so blessed with the amazing friend’s group I have.
Job: Good Faith has been amazing from day one. The amount of friends/clients who depend on me, wait for me and support me is why I do what I do.
Health: I pray to God everyday, Thank you for letting my feet hit the floor”

When I come back from a getaway, I feel refreshed and focused, ready to serve once again.
I post this not to brag, nor show you my trip… only to help remind you to take time out, be with family, friends… enjoy life and don’t think about how many weekends or summers you have left but think of a ways to make today and tomorrow count.
We live in a great nation, we serve an amazing God and we waste time, we then look back on what we could or should have done 😔
Make those plans today, maybe a phone call to a family member or friend you haven’t talked to in a while and get together.
I hope everyone has an amazing week and please think about what’s important to you and make plans.

Shower pressure fluctuates, tank makes noise when pump kicks on…..
bad pressure and tank…. Old pressure tank from 1982 😲💪
When they made things that would last….
Actually it’s mainly the water in the well. Has great water, copper water lines, All original.
Told the owner to keep it as long as they can.
Copper water lines are the best for drinking and your body. Just to dang expensive to install these days unfortunately.
Old 20 gallon tank only had 6 psi and should have had 28 with a 30/50 switch. Tank pressure is always 2 pounds less than the pressure switch on setting.

Homeowners is set and hopefully the bigger 32 gallon tank will help his pump last longer as it can rest between cycles and that will help prolong the life of the pump.

Water pressure issues? Drippy faucet, water heater T&P valve (relief valve) dripping or blowing off?
Problem can be with your public water pressure. 😮
Public works will not notify you if they are increasing pressure.
You will notice issues listed above.
If they are building close to your home like in landisville area they area having issues.
They can increase water pressure to meet the demand.
Feel free to give me a call if you think you have an issue.
Installing or replacing your PRV (pressure reducing valves) normally takes about 1/2 hours to install or replace.
Back in 2011 I had to replace over 300 of them in a years time for willow street and west Lampeter areas.
So I’m qualified and know a few things about PRV and high pressure 😃
Also the PRv should go before the water meter. It helps protect and water authority recommends.
Also this home had a bad expansion tank on the water heater and was undersized. Was a 2 gallon-power vent water heaters should be a 4 gallon with mounting bracket.

Quality Service Remodeling & Design & Good Faith Plumbing is finishing up with another happy customer. QSRD put an addition on a home in Landisville that includes a large living space down below off the kitchen, second floor: new master bathroom, bathroom, walking closet, I think shawn installed 14 windows and is a perfectionist is the best way Possible! This client’s addition has QUALITY written all over it!
Blessed for the opportunities and always love the end results.
Inspection is on Thursday. 💪😎

WE’RE HIRING!🚨🥳😎
Looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
This is a part time position and it would be 2 days a week with approximately 18 hours. Role would include working alongside Michael and helping to prep cabinets in customers kitchen for spraying. It would also include doing prep work on cabinet doors in our shop and possibly even spraying.

No experience required and we can train you! This position would be great for someone who is just graduating school or looking to learn a trade that you can grow into in the years to come with the possibility of becoming a full time position.
