Frat houses are always fun.
Note the deep stains and the writing on the floor from someone spelling profanity with a ketchup squeeze bottle and allowed to sit overnight. It etched the aggregate so deeply that it collected dirt,was easily readable and was a horrible sore thumb.
Now all stains ground and polticed out. And is now fully "mechanically" polished to much better than brand new.

So greatful to God for healing and getting me physically and spritually fit again.
It was questionable for several months after my early December surgery, if I would ever be physically capable of doing this strenuous work again.
After not being capable of working for 8 months. Man did it feel good to do this again

"Planetary" grinders / polishers, and not a glorified floor buffer.

Using the finest quality European diamonds avavilable, not Chinese temu specials.

Using the finest quality polish compounds and fully breathable impregnators. Not sealers from a home improvement box store.

Having actual 32 years experience and patience to spend required time on evey grit / every step.

Patience is key. And something that can be displayed by example. Unfortunately cannot be taught.

Burried gem, found under generations of carpet, glued vinyl and nasty.
There is no magic cleaner, no topical coating,or anything that can come close to ten step diamond restoration.

Although finish results are amazing. Beware of Chinese marble or ordering stone sight unseen online. This was ordered as a "honed" marble and installation was poor. The condition was a " dirty polish" floor and clients were not happy with a floor that never looked clean. Plus lots of damage from not being properly protected during construction. So I diamond ground, honed to high grit and polished with a very hot polish compound.
This is not the first time I have run into Chinese marble and it has proven very problematic.

Hurricane Helene flooded this Homosassa Springs home.
Owners found unmaintained terrazzo underneath.
This floor had over 775 repairs. And major cracks (second set of photos). Now it is once again a beautiful, pristine polished, maintance free floor.
There are no shortcuts to 10 step diamond restoration, and no coated or "crystallized" floor anywhere can compete with this quality finish.
