At JCR Excavating, we're looking for hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work. Whether you're just getting started in the industry or you're an experienced leader, we'd love to talk with you.
We're currently hiring:
🔹 Laborers
•No experience required—we'll teach the right person.
•Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
🔹 Heavy Equipment Operators
•Experience operating excavators, dozers, motor graders, loaders, or other heavy equipment.
•Finish grading experience and/or proficient excavator experience preferred
•GPS experience is a plus.
🔹Foreman/Lead Operator
•Experienced leader who can manage a crew, operate equipment proficiently, and keep projects running safely and efficiently.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
•Able to read plans, manage job costs and production.
•Experience in oilfield and commercial construction preferred
🔹 Truck Drivers
•CDL required.
•Experience with side dumps, belly dumps.
•Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented
