From the factory floor to the jobsite. 🚜

We had the opportunity to tour the John Deere factory on a Gold Key Tour, take delivery of our new John Deere 850 X-Tier E-Drive, and haul our own machine straight out of the factory. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Huge thank you to and for being incredible hosts and great partners.

This machine is ready to go to work and move some dirt!

Ready to roll!

Spring is here, even if a little snow still tries to hang on, we know it won’t last long. This mild winter kept us moving, but now it’s time to shift gears.

We’re preparing up for busy season-lining up our crew, wrapping up trainings, and getting all equipment dialed in. Big projects are right around the corner, and we’re ready to hit the ground running.

We’re a growing excavation company seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

OPEN POSITIONS
* Equipment Operators – Experience with excavators, dozers, graders and loaders.

* CDL Truck Drivers – Safe driving record and experience with side dumps, end dumps, lowboys.

* Laborers– No experience needed. We will train if you have the willingness to work hard and learn. This is a great stepping stone to become an operator!

All applicants must be 18 and be able to pass a drug test.

There will be a celebration of life for Kevin Mieling on Friday February 6th at Great Northern Event Center from 5-10 pm.

2025 was a year of challenges and growth—from the ground up. 🚜
We watched our team step up, learn new skills, and grow in their careers. We sadly lost one of our own, but his memory will live on.

We took on projects we’re proud of, strengthened relationships with long-time customers, and had the opportunity to work with many new ones along the way.
None of this happens without dedicated employees, trusted partners, and customers who believe in our work. Thank you for being part of our journey.

As we wrap up 2025, we’re looking ahead—ready to grow, build, and take on new opportunities in 2026.

The crew knocked out the dirt work on this site and got everything graded and ready for what’s coming next. Always feels good to see a clean, solid start before the real building begins. Excited to watch this special project take shape!

We’re stepping into this next chapter with faith and excitement, trusting that God will provide as the groundwork begins for for Bethel Lutheran Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

An official groundbreaking is planned for spring 2026, and we can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with our community. Until then, we ask for your continued prayers as we garner support for this transformative project that will serve generations to come.
