Today’s Featured Property is Londonderry POA.

Londonderry has been around since the 70s with homes that showcase pure craftsmanship. Huge commons grounds with plenty of room for volleyball, baseball, or just a simple picnic while the kids play at Mitchell Park.

They host many swim meets for the local swim clubs and always find ways to bring out the community!

Worth a visit!

Easter is a time of reflection, renewal, and clarity on what truly matters.

At Kennder, we believe something simple but powerful—if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for everything. In business, in life, and in leadership, that foundation is everything.

We’re proud to work with everyone—different backgrounds, different beliefs, different perspectives. That’s how strong relationships are built. But at the same time, we stand firm in what we believe.

At Kennder, it’s always been:
Faith. Family. Business.

In that order.

That clarity drives our decisions, our partnerships, and the way we show up every day. It keeps us grounded, focused, and accountable—especially when things get challenging.

This Easter, take a moment to define what you stand for. Because once you’re clear on your values, everything else gets a lot easier.

Wow what a year of amazing growth.
January 2025 we had 13 commercial contracts and as of today we have 183 commercial contracts bringing in over 3/4 million dollars a year!

We would love to serve you!

Great news!

Kennder has officially entered the Commercial Janitorial / Portering sector!

Why?

Great question.

After working 3rd party for other providers we noticed a lack of integrity in the system.

Thing we noticed these big providers doing…

1. Bidding $12/hr labor rates.
2. Expecting contractors to hire non-tax paying individuals.
3. Forcing products through overpriced vendors due to quid pro quo relationships.
4. Charging per sqft of entire building instead of cleaned spaces.

And so much more!

At Kennder we pride ourselves with our exceptional services, and our attitude towards business.

We put the financial well being of our employees and the cost savings of our clients before our net profits.

Maybe that stunts our growth, but our pride doesn’t come from our valuation, it comes from the food we help families put on tables and the integrity we give to our customers.

If you’re interested in working with a company that keeps straight in a sea of loopholes, give us a shot to earn your business!

Force Mow: A service that is provided to a HOA when a homeowner has not responded to multiple attempts to correct the landscaping issue.

Where we come in. We understand that this comes at a cost to the homeowners, which can be a burden long term on your HOA dues. Not only do we make the yard presentable (not just mowed, but groomed), but we also come in approx. 34% below our competition to carry those savings over to the residents and the reallocation of those funds can go towards the neighborhoods!

Did someone say HOA?

Yes, they did! We don’t just service residentials, commercial, and government, we also service entire neighborhoods!
