Wow what a year of amazing growth.
January 2025 we had 13 commercial contracts and as of today we have 183 commercial contracts bringing in over 3/4 million dollars a year!

Great news!

Kennder has officially entered the Commercial Janitorial / Portering sector!

Why?

Great question.

After working 3rd party for other providers we noticed a lack of integrity in the system.

Thing we noticed these big providers doing…

1. Bidding $12/hr labor rates.
2. Expecting contractors to hire non-tax paying individuals.
3. Forcing products through overpriced vendors due to quid pro quo relationships.
4. Charging per sqft of entire building instead of cleaned spaces.

And so much more!

At Kennder we pride ourselves with our exceptional services, and our attitude towards business.

Competitive pay + bonus opportunities

FULL TIME

Must Haves:
1. Reliable Transportation
2. 18 years of age (17 if you don’t have school commitments)
3. Valid Drivers License
4. Lift over 50lbs

Duties:
- You will be required to operate mowing equipment (zero turns, weed-eaters, blowers, edgers, etc)
- Tasks will be assigned by the manager on site
- Additional task as required by management
- Job does require travel, and sometimes overnight stays provided by the company.

Force Mow: A service that is provided to a HOA when a homeowner has not responded to multiple attempts to correct the landscaping issue.

Where we come in. We understand that this comes at a cost to the homeowners, which can be a burden long term on your HOA dues. Not only do we make the yard presentable (not just mowed, but groomed), but we also come in approx. 34% below our competition to carry those savings over to the residents and the reallocation of those funds can go towards the neighborhoods!
