Hi! We wanted to send a quick reminder regarding our service and payment policies to help us keep everyone’s schedule running smoothly.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. When submitting payment, please include the service address in the notes/memo so we can properly apply the payment to your account.
• Scheduled Service: Our regular lawn maintenance pricing is based on a biweekly service schedule. If you choose to skip or cancel a scheduled service, your next visit may require additional time and work due to the extra growth. In these situations, an additional $15–$30 fee may be added to the regular service price, depending on the condition of the property. Properties that have become excessively overgrown may require a separate price before service is performed.
• Yard Preparation: Please have the yard ready for service before our arrival. This includes picking up pet waste, toys, hoses, furniture, and other items that may interfere with mowing or trimming. If our crew has to spend additional time clearing the yard or picking up pet waste, an additional fee may apply.
• Pets: Please make sure all pets are secured inside or in an area where they will not interfere with service before our crew arrives.
These policies allow us to stay on schedule, keep our pricing fair, and provide reliable service to all of our customers.
