Another project completed and most important, another happy customer! Homeowners were having problems with water pooling up on their deck and leaking underneath.
We tore the old decking and waterproofing up and installed trex rain escapes to guarantee a complete dry space below! We refaced the deck with treated 5/4 board and installed soffit for a finished ceiling' also had a 5 inch seamless gutter installed to direct the water.
