Another great reason to hire a licensed Connecticut arborist.
During a routine soil test and pest inspection last week, this job quickly turned into an emergency tree removal. While inspecting the tree, I noticed a large crack about 30 feet up the main trunk. As I pointed it out, both the homeowner and I heard a terrible sound—like an old screen door slowly opening—and watched the crack open and close nearly 3 inches.
It was a frightening moment for everyone involved, especially with the high winds forecast for Saturday morning. We immediately dropped everything, grabbed our largest bucket truck, and got to work.
As a licensed Connecticut arborist, I always prefer to save trees whenever possible. In this case, however, removing the tree was the safest option. I truly believe we may have saved the house. Elliott tree service is growing quickly and needs more guys ASAP. We are hiring skilled professionals along with hardworking guys with zero experience. A cdl would be helpful and a clean driver's license is a must. You can message on here or txt 860 230 8260 to apply. Ground guys with zero experience start at $23 per hour and wages go up from there. 8 hr min per day so if we only work 3 hours you get payed for the entire day.
