On June 2nd, 2024, Norman Frazier, a long time Bliss Construction employee, passed away unexpectedly. Though Norm left this world suddenly and way too early, his spirit and profound impact remain a cherished part of all who knew him.

After Norm’s passing, Paul Bliss wanted to create a lasting legacy to memorialize the significant contributions that Norm made to not only Bliss Construction, but also to Paul and the many employees and subcontractors he worked with throughout the years. Bliss was embarking on the largest project undertaken to date, a 246-unit apartment complex, and as Norm would have been a big part of the construction of this project had he still been with us, it seemed only fitting that the complex should be named after him. Thus, in honor of Norm, The Frazier was named.

Although Norm is physically gone, his memory will continue to live on in the memories of those who knew and loved him. Hopefully, in some small way, The Frazier can be a reminder and an acknowledgment of the enduring impact of Norm’s life.
