Originally from Buffalo, NY, I spent most of my career in Charleston, South Carolina, where I served with AmeriCorps and later became a Licensed Residential Builder and Habitat for Humanity Construction Manager. After a desire to return home to family I took on the role of Executive Director for a local Habitat affiliate where I developed a passion for developing positive work environments and en

couraging individuals in their goals. Like all of us, our desires develop as we live and I have directed my love of leadership and working with people into a career of coaching. In 2015 I spent a year training with Life Coaches from all around the world with decades of experience through Coach U and opened Kate Whitlock Coaching in April 2016. Having the opportunity to work alongside people as they find their way, their voice, and their re-connection to who they are, and what they love, is a passion for which I have directed my life.
