Who’s tired of fighting with their dock as the water fluctuates on our lakes every year? Here’s a solution, a nice wide set of steps with ramps on each side for the dock wheels to roll up and down by winch.

Great size patio with footers under slab for future screen/sun or four seasons room. The finish is beautiful and will serve as a great patio or a covered area/screen porch/ four seasons room. The planning behind the scenes would actually allow for the square footage of patio to be converted into
livable space per local building codes if they choose. We all
Know what liveable space within codes does for a property evaluation.

Upstate Door Company supplied the finishing touches, the picture doesn’t do it justice. Garage door on the left follows vaulted ceiling to accommodate a lift. Both doors are max height with “jack shaft” motors.
