The next chapter of BMarko Structures is being built in Williamston, South Carolina.

We’re expanding our operations with a new modular manufacturing facility at a Farpoint Development property, growing our footprint along the I-85 corridor and creating 225 new jobs in the process.

This facility will increase our capacity for projects shaping modern industry from data centers fueling the AI era to eHouses, power distribution centers, and motor control centers that keep critical infrastructure running.

The demand for modular construction has never been higher, and our team is ready to meet it. What started in 2014 as a few people modifying shipping containers in a gravel lot has grown into a national operation trusted by some of the largest companies in the world.

We can’t wait to see what our team builds here next.

When and needed a premium, modular exhibition space for the World Basketball Festival at Lincoln Center, they came to BMarko. 🏀

In just a few weeks, our teams collaborated to transform three 20-foot containers into walkable gallery spaces—complete with high-gloss finishes, integrated lighting, and floor-to-ceiling display windows. Inside, the containers showcased iconic sneakers, jerseys, and memorabilia, bringing Nike’s basketball legacy to life in the heart of NYC.

⚾️ Opening Day is here and we wanted to throw it back to one of our favorite projects of 2024.

When the Oakland Athletics officially announced their move to Las Vegas late in 2023, the crowdfunded .ballers stepped up to the plate tokeep the game alive on their side of the Bay.

We were honored to help bring that vision to life, quickly building a shipping container press box and dugouts to get Raimondi Park ready for their inaugural 2024 season.

Our hometown Braves will always be our #1, but the Ballers earned a permanent spot in our hearts.

After its debut back in March at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival (), our custom container for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin() set up shop at the Art of Cheese Festival in Madison, WI earlier this month.

Built with mobility in mind, modular structures like this one are designed for easy setup, quick transport, and maximum impact—wherever they go.

This custom 20-foot shipping container has been transformed into a stunning mobile concession stand for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (). Bathed in a beautiful blue, it boasts three concession windows for easy access to deliciousness and stairs leading to a rooftop deck for an elevated viewing (and tasting) experience!

We’re beyond proud to celebrate the opening of The Melody, a visionary project that stands as a testament to the power of community. Nestled in the heart of downtown at 184 Forsyth Street, this innovative complex repurposes shipping containers into 40 transitional housing units.

Thanks to the vision and leadership of Mayor Andre Dickens, Darion Dunn, P.E. with , a talented team from , , and the supportive framework provided by the City of Atlanta, a former city-owned parking lot has been turned into a sanctuary for those in need.

Achieving this in just four months highlights the incredible potential of coming together for the greater good. With 22 individuals already set to move in, the impact of The Melody is already tangible, promising a future filled with brighter beginnings.

🏗️ Big Day at Forsyth Street! 🏘️

We’re thrilled to share an update from the heart of ! Yesterday marked the beginning of a new chapter in our journey to provide housing for the homeless, as installed the shipping container structures at 184 Forsyth Street SW.

This milestone couldn’t have been achieved without our partners' incredible support and collaboration.

🔹 for the funding and dedication to the housing needs of all the people of Atlanta.
