Couple of electric water heaters. One on public water and one on private well water.
Tank Booster to provide extra capacity.

Hose bibb in a new location.
Existing location went up through the floor to where the sheetrock wall would be the point of access to replace it. Homeowner was ok with relocating it lower and having direct access for it in the basement.

New Stainless laundry sink to wash their little dog in.
