Who’s ready for the before and after!? The red and green kitchen gave us nightmares but we lived with it for 2 years. Had to tear out faux brick back splash and island. Last picture is a wall of cabinets and peninsula that are brand new so no before to show. After 4 months of hard work it’s finally done and we love it!

The little things matter as much as the larger ones. Made a custom cook book stand for my wife since she cooks a lot. HillCraftCarpentry is officially a LLC so as we move into starting our renovation business it seemed appropriate to also get her design book. Stay tuned for the end result of our kitchen remodel about 90% there!

The new floors are dog and kid approved! Could not save enough of the original wood boards so we went with waterproof laminate. Surprised how well it matches the rest of our hardwood floors. Taking a break before the big kitchen remodel next month

Happy 2022! Grateful to start off the new year with some custom built ins. This was one of my more challenging projects due to the beams above and uneven walls as our house is a remodel. Swipe for the before. What do you think?

I had the opportunity of making a custom wood base for an antique biscuit break already mounted on a marble slab. I made the wood table base from oak and stained it mahogany. Loved how it turned out!

My first piece since the big move is going to be delivered to Smithfield! This custom kitchen island is left unfinished for the owner to paint and have granite installed. Cannot wait to see how it turns out. Open for orders and delivery in Virginia @ Williamsburg, Virginia
