Iowa County Women Land and Legacy

Iowa County Women Land and Legacy WLL helps agricultural women join to converse, listen and become empowered to act on their landscape and their community.

Through focused listening sessions conducted with more than 60 women in 2011, a long list of topics was established as important for Iowa County women. A local team composed of 10-12 USDA Agency people and local Ag women organize and host 3 to 4 learning sessions each year on these topics. The success of our group rests on the dedication of the local team and enthusiasm of our participants!
