What You’ll Do

✔ Lead an apprentice on residential construction projects
✔ Plan and execute jobs safely, efficiently, and to code
✔ Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism
✔ Communicate with builders, homeowners, and the office team
✔ Keep projects organized, on schedule, and on budget
✔ Mentor and develop the next generation of electricians

What We’re Looking For

• Residential construction electrical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and think ahead
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
