This week, TWO different repeat customers called Solid Solutions back for more work. And neither one asked what it was going to cost.

Not because price doesn’t matter—but because they trust us to do quality work and treat them fair.

One of them told me:

“I know you’re going to do good work. I know you’ll treat me fair on the price. Just get it done.”

As a contractor and business owner, I don’t think there’s a bigger compliment than that.

You can advertise all you want, but trust is earned one job at a time.

4 years ago, we installed this shingle roof.

Then I got the call… “The wind ripped some shingles off.” 😳

My first thought?

We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty… and this roof is only 4 years old. 👀💸

So I headed over to see exactly what happened—and whether Solid Solutions was about to be footing the bill. 😂

Was it a warranty issue… or did Mother Nature have other plans?

My head guy told me if I wanted more views on TikTok, I needed to start giving money to the needy…

So naturally, I gave it to my crew. 😂💵

All jokes aside — these guys EARNED this one.

They knocked out an entire roof in ONE DAY and pushed hard to get it finished just as the rain started coming down. 🌧️🏠

They could’ve called it, but instead they braved the storm, finished the job, and made sure our customer’s home was protected.

A crew that works like that deserves to be rewarded. Bonus time. 💰

🌅 Early mornings & 100 yards of concrete! 💪🏼

Yesterday morning, Solid Solutions was asked by a local contractor to bring our crew out and lend a hand on a 100-yard concrete pour. We’re always happy to jump in, work alongside other local crews, learn something new, and get some mud on the ground!

And you know it’s going to be a good morning when you’re pouring concrete with the one and only Stephen Klump with Willcox Rock & Sand! 🤝

100 yards before most people finished their morning coffee. ☕️
