Jay Simpson started in construction the hard way—boots on the ground at 16, learning to work with his hands while most kids were still trying to figure out what they wanted to do. Over the next four to five years, he honed his skills in both residential and commercial roofing, developing not just a trade, but a relentless work ethic. After roofing, Jay explored different trades before discovering

his passion for architectural sheet metal. For eight years, he built a reputation for precision and quality, mastering everything from design and layout to fabrication. His sharp eye for detail and commitment to the craft set him apart. But Jay didn’t stop there. He took a risk and stepped into the business side of construction—sales, estimating, material sourcing, crew scheduling. He spent years working with three different contracting companies, searching for the kind of leadership and values he could stand behind. So, he built it himself. That’s how Titan Building Solutions was born. A company forged from hands-on experience, built on trust, and driven by a deep understanding of every layer of the job—from the first conversation to the final nail. Jay Simpson didn’t just want to be another contractor. He wanted to set a new standard in the industry—and that’s exactly what he’s doing.
