Sometimes a few small projects pop up and we are more than happy to help. We had an old friend ask us to excavate the sand from where their kids play set was so we hauled off about 10 tons of built up sand and hauled in topsoil and blended the old playground into the rest of the yard and left them prepped to seed the empty space. After we did our work you would never know there used to be a play set and sand pit here.

A few weeks ago we added an irrigation zone, conditioned the soil and hydro seeded this lawn that was in need of some help. We used our local site one’s casino royale Bermuda seed and the results show for themselves. We have very strong germination. With a shot of fertilizer this lawn will be looking top notch. 🤩 🌱 💦 🚜

One day we’re building a retaining wall and the next we’re grading yards and hydroseeding! Late summer means we are wrapping up our landscape orders and getting ready to unleash a full out assault on re grading lawns in preparation for fall seeding! We recently welcomed home a new to us bobcat T770 to help keep us powerful and efficient! This machine coupled up with our CMP hydra bucket keeps us ahead of the competition on finish grading by bringing a smooth finish grade for sod or hydroseeding that is unmatched in the Wichita area!

We have been crazy busy with a variety of projects lately from lawn grading to a new concrete driveway drainage culvert. We are currently putting the finishing touches on an erosion/ drainage correction project which includes a new 80’ long castle- style Retaining Wall! We will reveal the full pictures of that very soon! As always we appreciate all of our customers and your patience as we progress through the summer!

With Bermuda seeding season in full swing and fescue seeding for new lawns coming into season soon be sure to get on our fall schedule to get you all leveled out with a lush new lawn! Something that makes us stand out from the rest of the competition is our ability to deliver and our dedication to putting the correct operators and equipment to work. We utilized Conrad property solutions last week while our beloved CAT skid steer was in the shop to take care of some skid steer work to get this customer down the road with their seeding plans. We utilized our CMP attachments hydra bucket which is a soil conditioning attachment used to finely pulverize and prep soil for seed or sod. It gives us a perfectly loose and leveled surface to work with to make the perfect lawn for you!

We excavated and hauled off an estimated 50- 60 tons of topsoil from this lawn. It had about 6” of build up from erosion, moles, and gophers working underground. It now has a smooth and seed prepped surface and will get seeded with Bermuda.
