Now is the best time to Winterize your lawn! A lawn properly fed in the fall will be healthier and better looking the entire year. As a bonus, it will require less fertilization in the spring. We recommend applying Ferti-lome Winterizer in September, October, and November. Wait at least 30 days between applications.

Now is the perfect time to overseed your lawn! We recommend investing in a high-quality grass seed like our very own Tree Top Premium Fescue blend. We've carefully selected top-performing seed varieties, each independently tested and proven to thrive in our local climate.

Choosing quality grass seed is crucial because cheaper alternatives often contain w**d seeds or undesirable crop seeds that can be hard to eliminate without harming your lawn. Additionally, inferior seed varieties may struggle to grow in our region's conditions.
