Last months project was in Derby; a large deck screened in underneath, with pergola covering.

Thanks to Decks & Docks Wichita for the materials, this customer selected Fiberon Tuscan Villa composite decking and DekPro bronze handrails. Screening underneath was SCREENEZE which turned out fantastic.

These high quality materials were built on top of a high quality YellaWood frame along with rough-sawn cedar posts and rafters. The pergola was secured with Simpson Strong-Tie brackets and SkyLift Roof Riser hardware.

This last week we finished 350 feet of a beautiful full cedar privacy fence in the Falcon Falls neighborhood.

This fence features 2 custom welded extra wide gates on galvanized metal frames attached to extra sturdy schedule 40 galvanized posts with black powder coated hardware. The rest of the fence is 8 inch cedar pickets on 8ft cedar rail spans mounted to Postmaster posts.

Though we had to dodge rain showers it turned out beautifully and will last for many many years. Thanks to B & B Lumber Co. for the materials.

This week we finished up this beautiful deck transformation; completely replacing the old decaying wood deck, with a brand new composite deck with aluminum hand rails and lights! We worked with Decks & Docks Wichita to get our YellaWood framing materials, TimberTech composite decking, and DekPro railing. Customer chose Dark Cocoa color, which paired nicely with the black handrails and upgraded the posts with DekPro Effex lights.

Earlier this week we finished up this beautiful deck project in Auburn Hills. The perfect choice of Fiberon composite decking in “Beach House” color coordinated with DekPro ADI railings, all built on a super flat YellaWood frame, turned out fantastic. Here’s a back yard stretch of 3-rail 6 foot cedar fence in Goddard we finished up. These Postmaster posts will withstand the wind better than wood. Thanks to B & B Lumber Co. for the supplies!
