We had the pleasure of working with neighbors that had nearly identical house layouts. As you know, we adored the sitting room in both of these homes!

Neighbor 1 was going for newer finishes and we will be painting the trim white for them when they are ready.

Neighbor 2 had us refinish the hardwood and go more dark and moody.

Which would you choose?

The not so glamorous part of a remodel…

Before the finished walls, fresh paint, and final details, there’s a whole lot of prep work that goes into getting it right.

Protecting the floors, repairing imperfections, prepping every surface, and paying attention to the little things is what makes the finished product stand out.

It may not be the prettiest part of the job, but the prep is what makes the difference.
