Custom Home Completion | The Reserves at Freestone 🏡

Another thoughtfully designed Nies home is complete!

Situated along the water in The Reserves at Freestone, this custom residence offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,206 square feet of carefully considered living space.

From its refined details to its beautiful waterfront setting, every element was designed to create a home that feels both personal and enduring.

We’re grateful to have brought this family’s vision to life and excited for the memories they’ll make here.

✨Design + Build Feature✨

This home may look a little familiar. This past Nies design has been thoughtfully reimagined to reflect the way this family wants to live.

This two-story home brings together bright, open spaces, expansive windows, and a generous back patio designed to extend everyday living outdoors. Familiar in its foundation, yet entirely personal in its details, it’s a reflection of what thoughtful custom design can become.

Because sometimes the right starting point already exists—it simply needs to be made your own.

There’s much more underway, but for now, here’s a small glimpse of what’s to come. We look forward to sharing the finished homes with you soon.
