Industrial fab shops are never the fun ones to clean but it’s a must. If we didn’t clean these out every year could you imagine how many more motors and parts they would have to replace Each year!

With this extreme heat and humidity the next three days don’t be surprised if your house/business struggles to maintain temperature. Depending on insulation and size of system it’s common to see it a few degrees behind, Every house is different. Make sure your filter is changed and your outdoor unit is rinsed out.
