By managing every phase, from initial excavation and concrete pours to roof tie-ins and drywall finishing, we delivered a durable, fully insulated extension that enhances both the property's footprint and long-term value.

Thank you for the 5-star review Jeff!

When it comes to radon remediation, speed, quality, and thorough ex*****on matter. Blake and our field team take pride in ensuring your mitigation system is installed correctly, sealed tight, and exhausted safely away from your living space, all with minimal disruption to your day.

Concerned about radon levels in your basement or home? Give our crew a call today to schedule testing or request a mitigation estimate.

Radon is a naturally occurring, invisible, and completely odorless gas formed by the decay of uranium in soil and rock. It seeps into homes through cracks in basement floors, sump pits, construction joints, and porous concrete. In Kansas, elevated soil radon levels are extremely common, making radon the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Because it gives off zero scent, color, or physical warning signs, testing is the only way to know what you and your family are breathing.

How testing and mitigation work:

1) Certified Radon Testing
2) Active Soil Depressurization
3) Safe Roof Discharges

Check out this finished custom shower remodel in Wichita! While the floor-to-ceiling vertical marble-look tile and dual shower heads pull the room together, the real magic happened behind the scenes.

How we executed this custom build:

- Built on a full Impervious waterproofing system (59"x 51" pan), sealed wallboard straight to the ceiling, and performed a mandatory 24-hour flood test before tiling.

- Customized the wall and curb angles specifically to match and reinstall the home's existing custom glass shower door, saving the homeowner from buying new glass.

- Integrated a corner bench with a smooth white topper, twin 12" x 20" recessed storage niches with mosaic accenting, and a low 3.5" curb.

- Set customer-selected marble-pattern tiles vertically for an elevated, high-ceiling feel, paired with brushed nickel dual shower heads and a hand wand.
