This season, the team at Applejack wanted to upgrade their on-site electrical to give visitors an even better experience. Our crew at Smet Company Electrical Services installed a new
400-amp, 208-volt, 3-phase service with distribution panels to power all the exciting new attractions! ⚡️

Accidents happen, Smet Co. can fix them! This commercial client ran into issues when setting a temporary fireworks tent, with large tent stakes in a high-traffic parking lot. We were able to repair the underground conduit to restore power and minimize downtime.

Today I completed a job at Rainier Arms Fi****ms Academy. Previously l'd diagnosed inoperable parking lot lights and wall packs. With the help of a 19 ft. scissor lift, I fixed a couple pole heads and a wall pack. It was a great view!

It’s been a few months since my wife and I announced Smet Company. We have been humbled by the support we’ve received since from our family, friends and community. Thanks to you all for keeping our small business in business! I want to introduce myself if we aren’t yet aquatinted. I graduated from the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship program in 2011. My experience in the field is expansive, milestones include my tenure as a Foreman and Project Manager/Estimator where I serviced diverse clients in process manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, large industrial operations and office complexes. In the last two years, I’ve become proficient in renewable energy sources, solar panel installation, and battery backup technology. In 2023, I decided to follow my entrepreneurial calling by starting Smet Company, Electrical Services. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife Kristin and two sons, Logan and Lucas), the great outdoors, grilling and chilling.
