I have been working in the architecture field for two decades and have come to understand that a projects success is based on 3 things: Understanding the "why", earning trust and being a partner. 3ten strives to be a partner on your project. Every decision should drive you toward your goal. What would I do if this was my building, my money, if my art was going to be displayed here, if I had to li

ve in it? If we ask ourselves those questions our solutions will be more genuine. With trust, projects run smoother. Every day we must work to earn and maintain trust. We must communicate clearly and be upfront and honest when our opinions differ. A good team collaborates and trusts everyone involved to work toward the success of a project.
3ten strives to understand why. It is one thing to know the answer but greater knowledge is gained by the journey. Those are the 3 main objectives and here are ten ways we accomplish them:
1. Communicate.
2. Understand the motivation.
3. Honesty.
4. Community involvement.
5. Follow through.
6. Engagement.
