Weโre growing and so is our need for good people! TW Custom Homes is looking for a residential construction superintendent to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple twin home communities from start to finish including, communicating with subs, vendors, realtors, and customers, keeping the job on schedule, clean, and within budget among other things. Previous experience in residential construction management is preferred, but we will train a qualified candidate. Typical work weeks will be 50 hours with some weekends required as needed to complete the job.
