✨ Monthly Employee Spotlight ✨

This month, we're proud to recognize Logan Mackey and Butch Linn for their hard work, dedication, and the impact they continue to make at Higgins Group.

Since joining our Wichita team in July 2025, Logan has quickly made an impact through his work in estimating, helping win more than $4.25 million in projects this year. He also stays involved after projects are awarded, helping solve challenges and keep things moving forward. Later this year, Logan will transition into a Project Manager role with our KC branch. While he will be missed in Wichita, we’re excited to see him continue growing with Higgins Group.

Butch has been part of the Higgins Group team since 2005 and brings a unique skill set to our fleet repair department. From electrical and hydraulics to heavy equipment, gasoline engines, and diesel engine repair, Butch continues to grow his knowledge as our equipment and company evolve. His attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to getting the job done make him an invaluable part of our team.

Thank you, Logan and Butch, for your dedication and everything you bring to Higgins Group. We appreciate your hard work and are proud to have you on our team!

Meet our intern, Londyn Chapman!

Londyn is a senior at Friends University majoring in Business and Marketing. This summer marked her second internship with Higgins Group, where she continued to grow her skills in photography, videography, social media marketing, graphic design, and event planning.

Throughout the summer, Londyn helped tell the Higgins Group story by creating engaging content, capturing project progress, designing marketing materials, supporting company events, and strengthening our brand both online and in the community.

We're grateful for Londyn's creativity, dedication, and hard work over the past two summers. We look forward to seeing all she accomplishes during her senior year and beyond!
