Aeration and over-seeding season is almost here. Aeration is the absolute best thing to do for your yard in the fall. It allows your grass to breath better, cuts down on thatch, allows air, nutrients, and water to enter the soil. Over-seeding helps thicken your turf, and improves the turf from fungus, and heat stress from the summer months. We use a premium blue tag fescue seed blend that is designed for Kansas.
