My dad started Murrow Painting nearly 35 years ago.
He worked hard to provide for our family, but what stands out to me now is how present he was. Games, holidays, time with family and friends—he made sure he was there.
Our home was often full, and occasionally those nights included his mom’s chocolate chip cookies.
He would bake big batches, filling the kitchen and really the whole house with them. They were my grandma’s recipe, but to me, they’ve always been my dad’s cookies.
Recently, I put together stickers, bags, and labels so we could start dropping off “Randy’s cookies” to customers we’ve worked for.
It’s a small but deep and meaningful thank you as it’s another way for me to carry a piece of him forward through this business.
I’m grateful for every opportunity to continue what he started.
If we’ve worked together recently, you may be seeing us soon.
And if you’re considering a project, I’d appreciate the opportunity to earn your business, share our story, and hopefully my Dad’s cookies too.
