On Monday, we had a great evening hosting KU School of Architecture & Design students and their professor at the Alloy office! 🏛️

Over dinner and a tour of our space, we enjoyed talking architecture, design, and life in the profession. We love the opportunity to open our doors, share what we do, and connect with the next generation of architects.

A little lunch, a little learning, and a great opportunity to talk materials and design!

Thanks to Dri-Design, a Kingspan Company, for the Lunch & Learn last Wednesday. We enjoyed learning more about their innovative, 100% recyclable architectural metal wall panel systems that bring both performance and design flexibility to building exteriors.

We’re always glad to connect with industry partners and expand our knowledge of the products and systems that help bring great designs to life.

Thoughtfully designed spaces can do more than meet functional needs—they can support independence, encourage connection, and enhance quality of life for older adults. Every detail, from accessibility to gathering spaces, plays a role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home.

We're proud to have partnered with Bluestem Communities on the renovation and expansion of Kidron Bethel Village, creating spaces that support residents, caregivers, and the evolving needs of senior living. From new community gathering areas to enhanced memory care environments, every improvement was designed with people at the center.

On World Photography Day, we're celebrating the professionals who create images that show off our hard work. Our long-time creative partner, Gavin Peters, is one of the talented artists who have helped capture many of Alloy's projects over the years. Through his lens, the details, craftsmanship, and character of each space come to life, allowing us to share the stories behind the places we design.

Five programs. One shared home. A space designed for connection.

Alloy Architecture is proud to celebrate the Valley Center Supplemental Learning Center, a 12,300 sqft facility designed to bring five non-traditional student programs together under one roof. Previously housed in separate facilities, these programs now share a dedicated space with specialized classrooms, administrative areas, a flexible kitchen, and a Commons designed to bring students and staff together.

Thoughtful design can do more than create a building—it can create a place where every student has the space and support to thrive.
