Congratulations to Jose Figueroa on his promotion to Construction Superintendent III!

Jose joined the FCC team as a plumber during the Powerhouse Carwash project in 2023. He was promoted to Assistant Superintendent on the Construct Infill of Building 26 project in Summer 2024, and again to Construction Superintendent II in June 2025.

Jose consistently performs at a high level—proactively solving problems, demonstrating FCC’s company principles of People, Integrity, Excellence, and Reliability, and taking pride in delivering quality work. We’re proud to have him on our team and excited to see him continue to grow!
