Location: Hillsboro, Kansas.
Scope: Exterior waterproof and new specialty EIFS/Stucco Cornice.

We’re proud to have completed our work at Tabor College, an incredible historic building renovation project.

A big thank you to our friends at McCownGordon Construction for giving The Stucco Guys the opportunity to be part of a project with so much history and character.

Another successful transformation by
The Stucco Guys in partnership with our friends from Lees Roofing!

We recently completed a major exterior renovation at Felipe’s Mexican Restaurant , one of the most iconic Mexican restaurants in town.
Our team installed brand-new EIFS/Stucco wainscot across the entire lower portion of the building and completely repainted the exterior.

This project came with a unique challenge: a dramatic color transition that required meticulous preparation, expert surface repairs, and precise application to achieve a clean, uniform finish. Combining extensive EIFS/Stucco additions with a full exterior repaint demanded careful planning and craftsmanship every step of the way.

The result is a refreshed, modern look that preserves the character of a local landmark while giving it a whole new level of curb appeal.
