The A/C is going to be running a lot in your building all summer long. While you need it to do its primary job (i.e. keep things cool), good ventilation is important as well.

To keep air quality high, do these things regularly:
- Replace filters
- Clean vents
- Remove outside debris around units
- Check thermostat for issues
- Look for leaks
