Why is tree maintenance important?

It can be important to properly maintain the growth of your trees. Many trees common to the Wichita area can grow about 3-6 feet a year. Cottonwood Trees can even grow 12 feet a year. It is important to monitor the growth of any trees above or near your home, vehicle or other structures. Trimming branches help reduce the weight of a limb and help prevent property damage caused by falling limbs.

✨Woodpeckers have excellent hearing and can hear insects and larvae that are inside of wood. ✨Woodpeckers can peck up to 20 times per second!
✨There are 12 species of Woodpecker's in KS

While removing the dead limbs from this Siberian Elm We found these woodpecker holes.
