Oh Fluffy....this review is long, so I'll keep it short. THIS KITTY WAS ON DAY 3 OF BEING STUCK IN THAT TREE!! So proud of my team.

After an incredibly long day of tree work instead of heading home they headed to help someone in need.....They truly are the best!!

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I had to write this one.
Heroes do not only wear capes. Sometimes they wear spikes on their shoes, a harness around their waist, a smile on their face, and genuine care in their hearts.
My indoor cat, Fluffy, escaped and became trapped high in a tree deep in the woods behind my house. She was stuck there for days. I called countless people and organizations for help. Some told me they couldn't help, while others came out but were ultimately unable to rescue her. As time passed, it felt like we were running out of options and hope.
Then, around 7 p.m., I received a call from Mass Bay Tree. Lisa told me they were on their way. At that moment, it felt like an answer to our prayers.
When Bobby and Hebron arrived, everything changed. Just when it seemed all hope was lost, God sent two angels from Mass Bay Tree to rescue our beloved cat.
I was incredibly impressed by Hebron's skill, courage, and expertise. His tree-climbing abilities and knowledge were remarkable to watch, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Bobby was calm, reassuring, and supportive throughout the entire process. Together, they worked as a team with professionalism, determination, and genuine compassion.
Thanks to their efforts, Fluffy was safely rescued and returned to us. Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are. What they did meant the world to us.
Thank you, Lisa, Bobby, and Hebron, from Mass Bay Tree, for going above and beyond. You turned a frightening and heartbreaking situation into a joyful reunion. You are our hero. We will never forget your kindness and dedication.
