Unforeseen home improvements can be particularly distressing. Unfortunately, this client experienced a pipe burst in their finished basement. Fortunately, they were present and discovered the issue promptly, albeit after damage had occurred. They promptly called RGS to restore the room to its original state. Our team performed flood cutting in the affected area and replaced the drywall. We then applied a seamless finish with a precise color match to the existing walls, ultimately painting the entire room. The project was completed with the installation of new Lifeproof brand flooring and decorative trim on the structural columns.

Wow it’s been busy!! Have not had chance to post some of our projects recently. Heres a project we wrapped in March of this year.The renovation included the demolition of the bathroom and second-floor bedroom to upgrade the electrical and plumbing systems, replacing the outdated k**b and tube wiring. We also integrated an electrical service upgrade. Upon completion of the systems' upgrade, the walls were refinished, and beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed along with new trim packages and other finishes were installed.

A pre-Christmas challenge! Elegant new two tone kitchen cabinets and all-new pre-finished red oak hardwood flooring were successfully installed.
