What was once a simple pool patio is now an outdoor living space designed around the way this family truly lives.
Our goal was to take the spaces they use most inside their home and seamlessly bring them outdoors. The result is a backyard that's just as functional as it is beautiful.
The new custom structure creates the perfect gathering place, complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, entertainment bar, comfortable lounge seating, and integrated lighting—making it the ideal spot for everything from family dinners to game days with friends.
Just steps away, a sunken fire pit lounge offers a more intimate retreat. Surrounded by clean architectural lines and thoughtful design, it feels private and cozy while remaining connected to the rest of the outdoor entertaining space. By using the new elevations, the sunken fire pit space has a bar seating connection to the structure, another great example of designing with purpose.
To complete the transformation, landscaping softens the hardscape, frames each outdoor room, and blends the new construction seamlessly with the existing backyard. Every detail was designed with purpose, creating a space that feels like it has always belonged.
This project is a perfect example of what happens when outdoor spaces are designed around the people who use them—not just the property they sit on.
