🗓 3-Day Weekends (4-day work week)
Hometown Lawns is hiring a dependable, hard-working Landscape Crew Member to join our team. We take pride in clean, high-quality work and a strong crew culture.
What You’ll Do:
* Landscape installations (mulch, rock, plantings, cleanups)
* Bed prep, edging, and detail work
* Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
* Work efficiently with a crew
What We’re Looking For:
* Shows up on time and works hard
* Positive attitude, team player
* Able to work outdoors in all conditions
* Experience is a plus, but not required
What You Get:
