This multi-phased renovation began with a thoughtful design process, ensuring the space met both aesthetic goals and functional needs. From there, we moved into demolition and grading, creating the clean foundation necessary to bring the vision to life.

With a clear blueprint in place, our team carefully handled plant sourcing, selecting materials that would thrive in the microclimate of this enclosed space while providing year-round beauty. We followed with precise installation of hardscape and greenery, finishing with a smart irrigation system to keep everything thriving with minimal maintenance.

Every detail—from layout to lighting—was intentionally crafted to turn this once-forgotten corner into a tranquil, elevated retreat.
