🔨 H&M Water Damage Restoration Project | RMC Construction LLC

Another project in progress! 💪

This H&M water damage project began with the removal of damaged drywall and insulation. We then treated the affected areas with mold-control spray and set up dehumidifiers to help ensure the space was properly dried before moving forward with the rebuild.

Once the area was ready, we installed new insulation and drywall and applied primer to prepare the surfaces for the finishing stages.

We’re now in the home stretch! We’re just waiting on the paneling to arrive before completing the final installation and paint.

Termite damage can go deeper than what you see on the surface. For this project, we:

A kitchen transformation that speaks for itself. 🔨🏡

This Richmond Hill kitchen got a complete refresh — updated with custom shaker-style doors, new bronze hardware, and soft-close drawers and hinges for a cleaner, more modern feel.

We also refinished the cabinetry with Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore, added Coastal Plain by Sherwin-Williams to the island, and finished it off with a custom-built range hood to bring the whole space together.

🏡 Another home refreshed on beautiful Oatland Island.

Every project starts with a vision and ends with craftsmanship that speaks for itself.

For this exterior refresh, our team completed:
✔️ Refreshed the fascia, soffits, and exterior trim.
✔️ Re-stained and sealed the front entry door.
✔️ Refreshed the screened-in porch.
