Here is the basement job we have been working on for Jenni and Ken.steph and I are very happy with the outcome! Salvador had his guys do the demo of the carpet and bathroom. Steph and I did lots of custom work for this, the bar, bathroom etc. we installed all new flooring, tile, painted most of the basement walls and trim. Steph stained the buster block tops. Ken did a lot of cleaning. We had to move the toilet, shower, and vanity around to fit the bathroom due to a door going to the unfinished room that we ended up moving to the other side by the bar. We also moved and installed a new water softener and moved the water heater to accommodate. That is my favorite shower door I have ever installed. Only one side opens and very smooth but very hard to install. Next we will work on some upstairs remodeling for them. Thanks guys!

Here is the 98 percent finished bathroom Steph and I have been working on. Where the vanities are used to be a closet. Where the closet is , used to be a bathtub and vanities. In the toilet area, there was a door going into the shower and we moved it by the entry door . Moved the entry door .we built The custom built transoms. Waiting on glass and some door k***s.

Just a friendly reminder.if you have a crawl space let your sink drip a tad to keep from freezing. Shut the shut offs to outside spigots and cover them with foam. If your furnace is having a hard time keeping up , check to see if your filter is clogged.

Luckily the workers saw a spark on the outlet. Had to replace burnt neutral wire , check the thermostat for operation, the notice there was a gas leak in the old flex line . Got it all replaced and the kitchen has working heat .

After Salvador took out the old walls and insulation down to studs. He installed all new insulation and drywall. Then Jade and her team went in and did all the painting . Then Stephanie Wong and I had 3 days to install flooring, trim, cabinets , lights, finish electrical change out back door, raise front door , Install storm door, and microwave. Corey Michael smith (Jade's dad)got all the plumbing done.for her friend Gabe before his surgery. We stayed up working late to get this one done. While doing other jobs half the day.
